The driver was traveling on Palmer Avenue when he lost control at the corner of Stephenson Boulevard, News 12 Westchester said. 

The driver reported that the vehicle's gas pedal got stuck. Police believe speed was a contributing factor to the crash, News 12 Westchester reported.
